Overlay a image over a video?
Anyway to have an image appear over a video in a bulletin? I tried doing this and even put the image infront of the video but the video just appears over everything.

Inappropriate?Because of the way that video is handled in Carousel, it won't be possible for you to show anything over it.
Sorry, just a limitation of how it all works.
