Party Time: NAB Style
Hey All,
Who is available to get together one evening for some good food, good drinks and good times at your favorite trade show and mine: NAB!
I know Browne is leaving early, so if we want MI representin', we need to get ruined (aka have fun) on Monday. Otherwise, I'm open to any and all suggestions.
JJ and I will kick in for a few rounds just to say "THANK YOU!" for putting up with us. After that, we can party until our money runs out.
So:
When? Where should we go? Where should we meet? What should we do? Is Barbara Streisand the best performer in the world or can we safely say that--given what we know from high powered telescopes and radioactive receiving technology--the best performer in the universe?

Gee, there aren't enough restaurants in Vegas to pick from!!!! I haven't a clue, however, it would be nice to make it somewhere centrally located so it's easy for everyone. I'm at the Mirage again.

they offered me $10 towards a meal
I told them where to put their $10
Plus, what kind of hotel that caters to kids doesn't open their kid attractions until 9 AM? Not that I had my kds there, but I felt for all of the parents who's kids woke them up at 6 AM.
Try to get a room in the main towers, not their new ones that are quite a distance from a valid entrance.
You should watch Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas before you go. Circus Circus has a scene or two in there.

I am in on Monday. Margaritaville is down near the middle of the strip. I am at the Stratisphere. Cell is 989.859.9340. I will have my wife and 16 daughter in tow but could pull away for a bit. -
Inappropriate?I apologize for being so absent from the forums over the last few months and will put in my 2 cents.
Day: Monday is perfect for me. I'm in the Flamingo this year (every year we try something different - I hope we have clean sheets and no bugs). Never had the "luxury" of staying at Circus Circus. I look forward to seeing everyone and put in the grind of seven days in Vegas.
Place: Are we looking for an eatery or drunk'n dive? For semi-quiet, etc., the Harley shop wasn't all that bad. But totally open to anything. I'll make a couple of suggestions later as I have a client coming in right...
