PrintSchedule page requests authentication
We use the PrintSchedule URL from our external website, exposed through URL and port fotwarding on our firewall.
Since we installed a Cablecast SX4, I've noted the PrintSchedule page asks for a logon. This isn't what we want since the schedule is intended to be public. It screws up the firewall forwarding as well.
Any way to change perms on the extras?

Inappropriate?Hi David, sorry about the troubles.
I think we can help you out on this one, but first I'd like to know, is there any specific reason you're using the PrintSchedule extra, as opposed to the other options that Cablecast provides?
I ask because the PrintSchedule feature isn't really the best way to get data on your public website. It was built as an internal tool for printing the schedule. There are other options which are fully supported, like the WebSchedule extra, or Cablecast's built-in public site.
The easiest thing is probably to switch to using the WebSchedule extra, which doesn't require you to be logged in. It works the same way as the PrintSchedule, and has some nicer formatting, which might be handy for the web. Here's an example of it's output:

There's also our built in public site, which wraps your channels, schedules, shows, etc into a nice pre-made website. An example is here:

Would either of those options work for you?

I’m hopeful

Inappropriate? We will go with the WebSchedule plugin. We had used the PrintSchedule because printouts are familiar to our users; for years, our schedule was a printout from Word. Our PD is OK with the WebSchedule now.
I’m confident
