Programs being Bumped

Recently we have switched our programming to include only DVDs. We have a delay between all programs set at 1 minute 36 seconds to ensure that the "Watch Again" and the "Coming Up Next" screens air between programs. Since the switch to just DVDs I have found that many of our programs are getting bumped a lot more than just the 1:36, most recently programs were bumped 1 hour 36 minutes 18 seconds. Has anyone else had this problem of extra long bumps between programs? Any thoughts on a cause?
