Recording event not switching input to record on SX?

I schedule a live meeting to air and be recorded on SX. Meeting switches to air correctly. The recorder starts recording as scheduled. However the switcher does not switch the live mtg. output to SX input so we record whatever was previous input. SX4, Knox RS8x8HB roting swircher
