When TR generates the schedule to go on the carousel, I have noticed that one program is not included in the schedule. I checked to see if the CG exempt option was marked and it wasn't, and I checked to make sure there was a title in the CG Title space and there was. Its not a first or last show of the day either, its in the middle of other shows that have been put on the schedule. Any ideas why one show would not make the schedule?

Inappropriate?This was happening to us to here in Beverly, MA. TRMS tech support finally figured out that Carousel's schedule display was omitting all shows whose start times had been bumped during the calculation executed upon Autopilot-send. They worked up a patch for that, and I believe they've now included that patch in their current build.
Contact them - if this is what's causing your problem, expect that they will have to remotely upgrade your version of Carousel. Depending upon what version/build of Cablecast you have, they may have to upgrade that, too. If you've uploaded any backgrounds or other media, make sure you let them know before they perform the upgrade. You'll want to make sure they back-up those files first, or they'll be lost during the upgrade, and you'll have to re-upload them all all over again.
Also, if you're encoding programs to a server, make sure that after the upgrades they have re-authorized the server, the encoder, and the Cablecast computers to communicate with each other. Otherwise, you may find, as we did, that following such an upgrade you're no longer able to encode or to pass encoded programs to your server.
