Schedule SX-input encoding stopping before end of event

SX-1 input record problem with 4.8.1....When we have the TRMS record (encode) a live scheduled event the SX-1 input starts on time but is stopping on its own. The ecoded file is only 4 to 15 minutes long. This started when we 4.8.1 was installed, we did not have this problem with 4.7. Has any one else had this type of problem were the live scheduled event encoding on the TRMS has stopped before the event has ended?
