Second system has mystery slides
Hello,
We have one carousel and one player linked together. We use one as a bulletin board and the other as an RSS feed machine.
Under the "RSS Feed" Tab and looking at Manage Bulletins>All Bulletins>Active Pages I see four slides (three RSS feeds and one uploaded image)
Looking at the Slideshow I see just the one uploaded image.
However coming out of the box I see the slides from the other CG (although not in the same order or at the same time frame as the card output)and it has a crawl, something I have purposely tried to get rid of. I went so far as to create a generic slide and make it an "Alert" page but with no luck. I also do not see the RSS slides or the single images I loaded.
As you can well imagine this has been driving me a bit crazy so I verfied which video cables are going to which machine and I know that I am looking at the correct unit.
So now I am down to either a hardware or software problem. I restarted what I will refer to as the brain machine first and verified that it was working. I then started the player and verified that it came up OK. But I still have the problem.
Has anyone else seen this?

Inappropriate?Sounds like the Display Engine isn't assigned the right channel when it boots up, double check your settings.
