Sound from live video bullentin but no image

We are at Release Version: 5.2.1 Build 54 and Database Version: 5.2.0 for our Carousel ... I was on vacation for a week & everything worked properly. When I came back the players now only have sound coming out & the live video is black. The bullentin is set for CNN to display. I have rebooted the server and all the players but it still configures the same with no image. I have confirmed it sees the video feed and the correct bullentin. I have also deleted the bullentin and recreated another bullentin of the same format but there is only sound and no image. I would check the cables but all 5 players are acting the same way so it must be something on the players or on the server. Any recommendations?
