Not that we publish nor are aware of, but I'd imagine there are some simple MPEG editing programs out there.

After poking around the web for software, I ran into "Free Fast MPEG Cut", which I found on TUCOWS. I've already tested it with programs from the SX, and it works great! This program is as simple as FixMPEG is.
