Upcoming NAB
I'm curious as to how many of you out there are going to NAB in a couple of weeks? It would always be nice to bump into anyone who is a TRMS fan and discuss their use of the products. Also, if there is anybody out there going to the Roscor Corporation party on Tuesday evening (Imperial Palace), I would love to hook-up and meet you. Maybe one of these days we can wrestle Andrew and JJ into having a formal or informal gathering at NAB (or another conference) to give us sales pitches, product discussions, and free drinks for the whole TRMS end-user family. [:)]

We will be filming a medium length piece. The goal of the piece is to capture the educational aspects of electronic media through the NAB show and the implications for educational initiatives and student careers pathways.
and NAB connections is cool, but watch how many "connections" you get from things like the Bulgarian Conglomerate for the Advancement of Blugarian Videographers and Salespeople.

Inappropriate?This year, all I listed was the stuff we were looking for and our budget. Last year I checked off a bunch of stuff and no one wanted to do a "connection".
I really did get two - one from a booth called The China Pavillion and the other from The Bavarian Pavilion.
I got about 30 in all and it actually takes a bit of time to try to sort through them all. Really what they ought to do is to list there what sort of amazing shwag (booth givaways) they will reserve for me so that I'd be willing to waste my time talking to them. Cause you know the support for products with no US representation is likely as good as underwear with no elastic. Yes, I just took this board there.

Great idea. I will check in at the Booth on Monday and let our schedules be known. As of now, Tuesday is the only evening that I'm 100% committed too. Monday I may be at the Apple reception, but have not confirmed. I'm in town from Sunday until Sunday, so happy hour, dinner time, after dinner time will mostly work for me.
