Video Bulletin Freezes or Stutters
We had many problems with our Carousel freezing and locking up, but we finally appear to have that under control (Thank You, Chad). In the process of all our problems, I removed all of our video bulletins. I tried for the first time yesterday to post a video bulletin. It is a .MOV file (29.97 fps, 48 khz - I promise.) The bulletin is playing, but the video either freezes or stutters. The audio runs fine. So far, that appears to be the extent of the issue. Carousel is still running fine. I'm curious if there is a max recommended file size for video bulletins and if too large of a file could cause this issue. The file is 419.4 MB.

Inappropriate?Hi bmblaney,
To drill a little deeper could you elaborate on the frame size, bitrate and codec used? Also, what other types of bulletins are running in the Display Engine, such as, other videos or dynamic bulletins?
Thanks!
I’m curious!
