video not playing back

i uploaded a media clip that is a .wmv. it plays in windows media player 11, it plays on my second zone channel 56, but will not play on my first zone channel 55. tech support got the clip to play on a test page i re-uploaded at the suggestion of tech support and rebuilt the page it played once then the same problem started up again. the template "video single" will transition in and transition right out with the video not playing. the video is in the media menu and is selected on the video drop down menu when editing the template. Also on the second zone channel 55, he background audio dose not cut out when the video clip is playing. i searched the forum but icould not find anything related to this. we are running version 5.0.4 build 6 database 5.0.0
