Video will not play in Carousel.
Is there a problem with mpeg4 file format in carousel? I can not get mine to play no matter how small I make it. I've made the bit rate and the file size tiny and it's still not working. Is h264 codec an issue? Anyone?

Inappropriate? What wrapper are you using for this mpeg4 video (i.e. is it a .avi file, .mov, .mp4)?

I'm having a problem getting a Quicktime movie to play in the Carousel Solo 220. It plays a WMA file but not the Quicktime. Isn't it supposed to support Quicktime formats as well? -
Inappropriate?Rosanne/Megan,
Carousel does indeed support Quicktime as well, but the nasty trick with videos in general is the fact that your wrappers (.mov, .wmv, .mpg, etc) can contain a multitude of different video/audio encoding combinations that players can't always play back. The best way to easily test this is to play the suspect file back in its native player. ie: Play the suspect Quicktime file back in just the Quicktime player. If you have issues there, the problem is the movie itself. If it plays back fine, then the issue would seem to be that of Carousel.
