Video sometimes won't play in a bulletin
I have a video clip in a bulletin (not uploaded as a bulletin) and it won't play, it's just displays a black rectangle. Once in a long while it will play. It's a .wmv format and it plays just fine in Windows Media Player. Any idea what's causing this? I think I made a topic about this before but disgarded it.

Inappropriate?Actually, I found a workaround for this problem. I remember someone saying something about Carousel using Windows Media Player to play the videos...or maybe I'm just imagining things. Anyway, I took a chance on thinking: "hey, if it uses WMP, maybe if I have it video playing and looping and then run the display engine, maybe it will work!"
And to my surprise, it's actually playing every time now. Now this isn't a fix but more of a temporary solution for anyone else having issues.
