Weather crawl not working
I am unable to create a weather crawl or weather bulletin. I was able to create a text crawl without a problem and we have not had any problems with the weather in the past. We just had our motherboard replaced and received the system back yesterday. Is there a setting that needs to be reset?

Sorry your weather information isn't updating. This can happen due to a variety of reasons. First, it's not at all uncommon for a specific weather server to temporarily go down or stop responding to requests. I'd recommend trying another weather feed from a near by location. Second, there is a possibility that the old page from your old motherboard is somehow tying up the new page. IF you havn't yet, try deleting and recreating the bulletin. If that fails, navigate to d:trms/carouseldisplayengine and delete the cache folder. Once done, restart the Carousel machine.

Inappropriate?Tried both solutions and neither worked.. The red LED light on the front of the carousel unit has been on steadily since the unit returned so could there be something else that is wrong with the unit? -

Most definitely not, the red light on the front of the unit is the Hard Drive access light, per the documentation. It is expected that this light will be lit constantly during operation.
