Weather Page Template ???

To be clear, there are Weather bulletins, and there are RSS bulletins, and they don't really intermix. You can't put RSS data in a Weather bulletin, and you can't put weather data in an RSS bulletin (well, unless the RSS feed that you're subscribing to happens to contain weather information).

Both Weather and RSS bulletins can be found on the Dynamic tab when creating a new bulletin. If you're not licensed for RSS bulletins, however, you won't see it listed on the Dynamic tab.



You can alter the Weather bulletin's template after you select it. You'll first be asked to upload new backgrounds to be used for various weather conditions (a snowy picture when it's snowing, etc). Then you'll be taken to a basic editor where you can edit simple properties for the various text blocks. From that screen, you can also take the bulletin into the full template editor and have access to all the editing options.

Ack, sorry, I missed your firewall question. Carousel uses the National Weather Service's FTP site to pull weather data, so you'll need to allow FTP access from the Carousel machine.
