Web Picture Doesn't Update
Just installed 5.2.1. When I create a bulletin with a web picture, the system gets the first picture just fine but never updates again - unless I edit the bulletin. I'm pointing the block URL at a local traffic camera. It seems to update about once a second. Ideally, I'd like the bulletin to update the picture each time it displays in the loop.
I’m annoyed.

Inappropriate?JR told me how to change the update frequency in the config file - which is great. It turns out that the problem is that they are linking to traffic cameras managed by trafficland.com. Trafficland uses random tokens on the URL's I imagine to prevent this kind of use. So, now we have a usage/licensing issue rather than a Carousel issue.
I’m still sad, but not about Carousel.
