What is the supported app for remote access to SXLE?

Does TRMS stand by and support AT LEAST one app for remote access to my SXLE? Some like Tight VNC. Others like TeamViewer. I am having trouble logging in and need to know where I should invest my time first in order to get your help if I need it.
