Why am I getting a not licensed message on my new players added onto an existing system
I'm getting a not licensed message on my player when I try to start it up. This is a new player on an existing server. I looked on the server and it seems that the server is only licensed for 17 players (the 17 existing on the system) Is there something I'm not doing right?

It sounds like we just need to update your server licensing to add support for your new Carousel player. If you could take a screenshot of your licensing page inside FrontDoor and post it up or e-mail it we can crank out a new licensing key and get you set up!

Inappropriate?Justin, another possibility is that you need to clear out the player registrations. One of your player licenses may be 'used up' by an old player. Head into the Configure Menu: Players : Player Status (in 5.2)

Select all of the players and click delete. This will clear out the registrations. The running player will automatically re-register and use up the free licenses.
