Why is audio from a video on Cablecast playing on new Carousel bulletins?
First off, I'm a new user. I've created a bunch of bulletins in carousel and all of a sudden I'm getting the audio track from a video on Cablecast in the background of all new bulletins. I'm stumped, any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I didn't want to leave this one unanswered! I took a look at the case you had with one of our support agents, and it looks like in the setup and testing process during your installation an audio file was uploaded for Carousel's background audio, which happened to be the audio from one of your Cablecast shows. By removing this from the background audio list, all was well!
