with the RDA, how do I specify the full zone with the element?
I see there's a zone element in the RDA xml schema... I have four zones (Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3 and Zone 4) and the zone "Full Zone". I want to create a full zone alert with RDA. How do I reference "Full Zone"? When I use "full zone" in my xml the carousel returns the error message "ZoneID 'full zone' is not a valid Zone.

Instead of referencing the full alert zone by its name, reference it by its Zone ID number. That is, instead of:
<zone>full alert</zone>
Try this:
<zone>71</zone>
Where "71" is the ID of your full alert zone.
You can find the ID number of the zone by hovering your mouse over the zone's name in the system configuration screen, as seen below. The ZoneID should appear in the browser's status bar at the bottom of the window.
On our demo server, the ID of our full alert zone is "71".
