Inappropriate?Sorry to hear about this! Has it happened to more than one video, or is this the only one? (Although the processing time varies with the length of video, it should take only a few minutes. So at 5 days there's definitely a problem.)

Inappropriate?I'm sorry for the hiccup. I'm afraid I don't know what caused it. Can you try uploading the one that never finished processing to see if it is that particular video that is hanging?

If this happens again, please let us know so we can figure out what's happening. Since we haven't had any other complaints, I'll hope that this was a one-time-only deal!
