How can I make my posts appear in Tumblr Search Result ?

Is there a time delay on post indexing ? how long ?

is it a must to put the keywords in post tags in order to be found ? or optional ?

i found that i cannot find my posts by Search Tumblr for a word or word phase appear in my post.
