Inappropriate? You can edit the Custom HTML of your theme clicking the Customize link on the Dashboard, clicking the Theme link, and clicking the Use Custom HTML link at the bottom of the tab.
Unfortunately, we can't provide technical support for HTML customizations. Given our large number of users, we just don't have the resources. My apologies.
If you would like to learn more about HTML and CSS so you can customize your Theme, visit http://www.w3schools.com/html or http://www.w3schools.com/css.
Info on Tumblr's customizable theme templates is at http://www.tumblr.com/docs/custom_themes.

Inappropriate? Thanks, I know that part, but yet after rereading those great tutorials, i still don't know where to put the code. Thanks though but answering my question.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate? The code for adding getsatisfaction uses absolute positioning (it does not scroll with the page), so you can simply stick the getsatisfaction code at the end of the code before the closing and it will use the alignment rules specified in getsatisfaction

Inappropriate?Yay! It worked! Check it here: http://interpreter.claudia-reali.com/
"Stick the getsatisfaction code at the end of the code before the closing"
Means:
Put it under the closing< /body >
but before the last< /html >
at the bottom of the stylesheet in Customize > Theme
I’m happy
