HTML over flash content

I was designing a theme and positioned the permalink to overlap the post(s).

The problem:

Audio/Video/Photoset (flash content) posts outweigh the HTML making it on top of everything!

The solution:

adding the attribute wmode="transparent" allows the HTML have its way. The Youtube embed code already has it, which proves it works.
