Is there any API call (or will there be any in the future) for submitting user content?
I was wondering about this as the current submitting form is not suited for my blogs purpose. For one I would only want to accept text submissions. Easiest way to change it would be to be able to create my own custom submission field which submits through the API.
If the API has an option for this and I’m just looking over it please let me know. If it hasn’t, I would like to send this in as an idea!

Inappropriate?Hi, Martin. The API doesn't support Submit. But, if you only want to accept Text submissions, just use the Configure link in the Submissions area for the blog on your Dashboard to restrict submissions to Text posts.
