Linkback on reblogs going to wrong tumblelog

When some users reblog a post from my tumblelog at photojojo.tumblr.com, for some reason their linkbacks break: they point to a page that doesn't exist on a group blog that I no longer use.

Here's an example:

Two different users reblogged it, but their links back to the original entry are broken:
http://www.insertironicsentiment.com/...
http://ifoneweresoinclined.tumblr.com...

How is this happening?

I just did a test reblog and it worked correctly. Perhaps there was a temporary URL configuration issue or a temporary database issue. Please email support@tumblr.com if problems persist with new reblogs.
