Profile Visibility?

Curious; if I've got a handful of blogs going, how much info is visible to the public via my profile? I've got some that I'd like to have my face on and others that I might like to keep separate. Short of creating separate accounts, how can that be managed? Can I reblog/like/follow under one of the "secondary" blog names within my main account? Hope that makes sense.
