Tumblr is sorely missing any real semblance of support
Tumblr is a great service, but seriously, there's no real support for it. I've noticed that most posts on GetSatisfaction go unanswered. It's a shame.
One of the legs a great product stands on is support (no pun intended). Tumblr needs to figure this out.

Inappropriate?Hi, Logan. We read all Tumblr posts on Get Satisfaction and have responded to many of them. We generally don't respond in a forum setting to feature requests because we aren't able to commit to specific new features or timelines. We generally don't respond to issues around third-party applications since they don't come from Tumblr. And, we generally don't respond to Custom HTML, Custom CSS, custom API, or custom scripting issues as we don't have the staff bandwidth to support custom development questions.
We take support very seriously at Tumblr. In fact, we have recently revised the Help section at http://tumblr.com/help. And, we have responded to thousands of emails submitted to us at support@tumblr.com, responding to the vast majority of them within one business day.
My apologies that you haven't had a better support experience.

Yes perhaps it's just my experience. I have sent an email to Tumblr support, then posted several times on Get Satisfaction, and NONE of these have received responses of any kind (aside from the automated email response). Though I think it's worth pointing out that the only support post I make that *does* get a response is a negative comment. I don't want to bash Tumblr, I LOVE Tumblr, but I have been frustrated with the support issue.
