Using Tumblr for iTunes Compatible Podcasts
Is it possible to use Tumblr to create an iTunes compatible Podcast feed? Or, is the RSS (XML) feed that Tumblr outputs able to be submitted to iTunes as a Podcast?

Inappropriate?All that is missing is an <enclosure> tag in the output RSS/Atom for tumblr audio posts. This would be so easy for the tumblr staff to add, so please...!</enclosure>

Inappropriate?I would like for my audio posts to be able to be used in the RSS feed as enclosures as well, so audio posts are my "podcast" and text/video are the "blog" all using one rss feed

Inappropriate?I think I may have a workaround to this. As mentioned by Logan above feedburner is the key.
I've setup a tumblr blog (no content yet!) and I've also setup a feedburner feed for it. Feedburner can take all the media enclosures in the tubmlr rss feed and format the feed as iTunes compatible and so on. Then on the tumblr blog I use my feedburner rss feed as the new feed URL as per this hack
An example: I already use feedburner to take another podcast RSS feed (here) that I generate with listgarden.pl, pipe it through feedburner (here) and make it iTunes compatible (which can be seen here) so this should work the same way for tumblr media files in the tumblr RSS feed.
I'll respond here if it works.
