Why doesn't tumblr remember my email address on my computer?

Why doesn't tumblr remember my email address on my computer? I've tried deleting the cookies for tumblr and then it just doesn't let me login. If it helps, it's the same with facebook, but myspace remembers my email address. I'm confused as to why myspace remembers but tumblr and facebook don't.

I’m frustrated.
