Having trouble accessing information
Not sure its all there. I download through google reader, but I am not sure its all there. About how many videos should I see there? What shows up does not appear to reflect what you list in your thank you email. Dont see any bonuses or interviews. This is confusing. Maybe better descriptions on accessing would help.

Just FYI to customers who view this thread after, that we've made the switch from PremiumCast to e-Junkie to deliver our digital content. So any technical issues relayed in this thread will not occur again.
Thanks to Annemarie and others who may have experienced technical difficulties and their patience to work it out with me.
I’m happy

Annemarie, thanks for the props! You are welcome.
Found out from Paul Colligan (PremiumCast.com) that listing 43 media items is an issue, as Feed Readers like Google can't take that many items at one time. (I should have used another option backstage, but that's my learning curve with this new system)
The solution? Use the iTunes option for now. That'll allow you to download all of them in short order.
I'm going to redo the backend to be easier for future customers to access the content. This should be modified mid-week next week.
Thanks once again for your patience, Annemarie. Let me know how you make out with it ok? Cheers and have a super weekend!

Inappropriate?Hi Annemarie - thanks for sharing this technical issue. I'm working on it with Paul Colligan of PremiumCast.
There should be 43 videos in total, this includes all the main content, along with the special feature videos too.
Would you take a snapshot of what your Google Reader reveals, and send it via email to me? Thanks. I'd like to show Paul this. (Or if it doesn't reveal your access URL, then go ahead and post it here.)
Point taken re: describing the access process.
I’m hopeful

Inappropriate?Hey AM, thanks for the screenshot. I'm working on a video to address downloading via iTunes. Give me 10 minutes and I'll look at your situation with Google Reader ok?
I’m juggling

no worries, you just asked me to send it. I won't be able to watch today anyway... but I am anxious! :-) -
Inappropriate?Annemarie, I'm enlisting Paul Colligan (PremiumCast founder) to help me sort this out. When I get an answer from him, I'll let you know ok? Cheers!
