Just FYI to customers who view this thread after, that we've made the switch from PremiumCast to e-Junkie to deliver our digital content. So any technical issues relayed in this thread will not occur again.

You will notice "Done" at the bottom of the page and you
will also notice that the page is blank. Check the address
at the top of the screen shot.
