Channels not saving
I've tried various online tv guides and yours is the best by far, but since the advent of the new design I've been unable to retrieve saved channels. I've followed the steps to allow cookies as recommended in FAQ without success. I'm using Firefox and XP.

Sorry to hear you've been having problems with the site. Have you tried going to 'login' at the top of the homepage and putting your email address in? This should bring up your saved settings. -
Inappropriate?Thanks, Tina, but I did try that before I tried the FAQ. My settings used to come up automatically when I opened the home page but they don't now. -
Inappropriate?We have a cookie test on the channel selection page at http://www.tvguide.co.uk/channels.asp... If you see a big red message at the top that says you have cookies switched off then you haven't yet enabled them and may have to close all browsers and re-open. If you do not see this message and it is still a problem we will investigage further. You should also try Internet Explorer.
