The profile save function is faulty

Tv guide initially saves my profile but with any subsequent key strokes like forwarding the time it reverts to default. Cookies are enabled. I use iE7 and FireFox 3.05 on Win XP professional. Both browers react the same. I also use Google Chrome with which it doesn't work.
