It doesn't record
I've installed and re-installed TVplus a few times after Ed's suggestion. I've checked my Sky account, checked all the passwords - and they are all in sync but it still wont record. It says error 4. Far many levels of security and authentication..who on earth is going to hack in and record programmes on your account. Should be far simpler and very. very frustrating that it just doesn't work.

Inappropriate?Can you please confirm that your username and password work to set remote recordings from http://tv.sky.com/tvlistings ?
Unfortunately the security and authentication methods are all put in place by Sky - it's their remote record functionality.
