get satisfaction get me satisfied and either personally reply to me with a solution or give me my money back.
This app does not work. Tried everything followed all advice postings, reinstalls, restarts, sky+ setup, remote record setup online and text based remote works fine.
Solution or money back please.

Please can you confirm that you can log into http://tv.sky.com and set recordings successfully from that website. -
Inappropriate?I have set up a MySky accout and have registered correctly on my Sky+ box. I login ok on my iphone but when I confirm that I want to record I get an error message saying my programme could not be recorded. Please check your account is correctly linked to your Sky+ box.
Either send me a fix or refund my money. What's more why does the Apple store support this application it only serves to mistrust Apple and therefore the brands image is being undermined.
Will point out this to Apple!!!

Please can you point out where it says that Apple support this application? If they are making that claim I will be the first to talk to them. -
Inappropriate?I'mhaving a similar problem. When I try to sign in I am told "That username and password combination is invalid. Please check them and try again". However they are the correct details and I am able to loging to MYSky account online and set up remote recording.
Please help. -
Inappropriate?I'm not sure whether this is going to help anyone, but I appeared to be having the same problem. I thought my sky setup was fine - my Sky+ box was linked to my account - no problem, I could set recording via txt etc, but TV Plus just told me my account was not linked. I spent 4 hours banging away at this - in the end I discovered I had two Sky accounts linked to each other. One was a 'master' account I set up years ago - the other I'd set up more recently to get Remote Record, but was a 'guest' account - I'd completely forgotten about the 'older/master' account. The only difference I could see is that on my MySky page, under "Billing information" was the text "You're unable to access billing information using this My Sky account. Upgrade your account to view this information." No matter what I tried I could not 'upgrade' the account (as it was a 'guest; account). In the end I remember the original 'master' account, reset the password (long forgotten) and logged in. Remote Record wasn't even a service for this account so I added it, linked it and TV Plus (using this account) then worked perfectly. For me (at least) it wasn't a TV Plus problem - the only thing I really learned was that the Sky website is really not very usable/helpful ! Hope that helps someone !

Inappropriate?I came to the same solution as Nick, however I was adding a second phone (iPhone) to remote record to the Sky box. For anyone who wants to add a second phone, you need to go to Sky Active via your Interactive button and add yourself as a Non My sky user. After you've set you your username and password, go to Sky.com and log in to complete your registration (for some reason when you log in to sky via a pc, you need to complete further information). Once you have completed this, you need to 'Upgrade your account' from the left of the screen. You will need to link this account to the main My Sky account holder. A request is then sent to the main account holder to authorise the new account you have set up. The main account holder then needs to log in and click on 'Manage additional Accounts' and confirm the new account. TV plus remote record should then work, using the log in details for the secondary account. I'm sure there may be an easier way to get it up and running, most likely the main account holder logging in and going straight to 'Manage additional accounts' and setting up a new account from there but the sky website is useless for finding answers to problems. I know my way is long winded, but it worked. Hope someone finds this useful as sky are less than helpful.
