You should be able to do that using the custom searches in the form of from:twitterer.
So for example the search term from:PaulKinlan would send you all my tweets.

Inappropriate?I tried this (from:AlMagnifico), delivered me tweets from yesterday. It should grab only the most recent one, or the tweets from the time, the search was set up.
I also tested it with an arbitrary search term, that did't work. Do I have to use hashtag notation?
