Inappropriate?We had some issues with the site earlier and the volume of SMS's being sent is gargantuan so the messages may be delayed in transit.

Inappropriate?If the delay of the sms notification are getting too long, the service lose a lot of its usefulness. How can you cope with this problem?

Inappropriate?In recent days we have speeded up a lot, so SMS's are usually sent out within a couple of minutes from being recieved from twitter. It must be noted that once we have sent it to the SMS gateway delivery is then down to the networks and when and if they deliver the message.

Inappropriate?While I can see in the TWE2 dashboard that you have send out your messages, I am not receiving them from the sms gateway. If your partner cannot deliver, maybe TWE2 sould investigate other and more reliant partners, willing to engage with an SLA.

Inappropriate?Here in Germany I never had problems with speed. I always got my messages right away. Usually even faster then I could have a look at my twitter sidebar.
