Recently active topics in Tweetburner

Do you have troubles with the bookmarklet not remembering your account info? We are receiving reports that the "remember" option in the bookmarklet does not work correctly, but we cannot reproduce the error ourselves. It would really help us if you can test it for us. There are three scenarios:

1. You are not logged in and are using the bookmarklet by manually inserting your Twitter/Friendfeed account-info


2. You are signed in with Tweetburner and added your Twitter and/or Friendfeed account info in the Settings tab.


3. You are signed in with Tweetburner but have not saved your Twitter and/or Friendfeed account info.

can't login to my account since its been converted from twitter login to tweetburner login

I can't sign into Tweetburner any more. And when I ask the site to send me a new password to my email addy, I never get an email from y'all. Please help.

Why do the numbers of clicks displayed on the archive page and the individual twurl stat pages differ? For example, my most recent twurl shows 26 clicks on the stats page, but the archive page shows only 16.

Tweetburner does shorten long url's (400+ characters), but the twurl doesn't link back to the long link, it only posted the first 255 characters (of a 403-characterlink). I frequently use this to shorten online versions of digital newsletters.

I posted http://twurl.nl/l53vfs twice yesterday, first from WordPress plugin, the second from the Web. Neither time worked. (It did work when I tweeted this message to you).

Is there a manual way to 'ping' Tweetburner with any Twurls it might have missed? Perhaps by sending a link to the original tweet. That would help.

Alternatively, maybe you could use Summize as a backup method to catch twurls, for example: http://summize.com/search?q=http+twur...

I'm using Wordpress 2.6.2 and all my URLs have a trailing slash at the end. When I twurl my long URLs, twurl removes the trailing slash. That means that when users click on my twurl URL, they get a blank screen.

The URL I wanted to twurl is this:
http://www.marketingfit.com/why-a-top...

I twurled it and got this:
http://twurl.nl/tt50f3

Unfortunately, when people clicked on the twurl URL, they were taken to this:
http://www.marketingfit.com/why-a-top...

I did this twice just to make sure it wasn't a problem on my end and both times, the twurl removed the trailing slash. Please fix because I REALLY love your service, but can't use it if this is what twurl does to my URLs.
