Inappropriate?Yep, exactly the same issue on my account. The password wasn't accepted although I've not changed it. I clicked on password recovery and was told my email address isn't listed.

It's a problem that has been popping up recently. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. There seems to be problem between the Twitter API and our service. This is causing several issues with Tweetburner.

Inappropriate?Hi Brainjuice, thanks for asking. It's been 20 days and I haven't heard back from Tweetburner. I can only assume that my original account has been deleted? That really sucks because I had months of data in there and seemingly no way to access it. You can be sure I am looking for another, more reliable URL-shortening solution - perhaps from a company that values customer service?

Inappropriate?I've given up and have switched to a service which appears to be able to interact with the twitter API without issue. It seems that if you set your stats to public, you are able to still view them. Unfortunately, there's no way to do that if I can't log in.
