First Launch, get Blank Screen
Just installed Tweet Deck on my XP system. When I launch TweetDeck, I get some controls and a black screen. Clicking on Settings doesn't seem to do anything.

Inappropriate?I found that, if you update to the latest version, it works fine. I have OS X 10.5.7.
-
But does it still work after Restarting your Mac and opening TweetDeck? Also, I already have the latest version. -
Inappropriate? When that happened, I tried restarting my Mac, but it didn't fix the issue. It also happened on my MacBook (also has 10.5.7). So, I saw that TweetDeck wasn't updated...and I went to update it. Next thing I know, TD is working normally.

Still doesn't work for me on Windows Vista. -
Inappropriate?Same here....installed it on XP Pro and nothing but a blank screen with buttons on the top...
I’m sad

Inappropriate?I am having the same issue. Running on OS X 10.5.7 and TweetDeck v0.26.4. Tried re-installing twice.
All I get is the blank window, buttons at the top. Clicking the Settings button does nothing. Says "Not Authorized" at the status lower right.
TD was working fine with the previous version, but since installing this one my Twitter account no longer seems to be there and I can't get to the Settings screen to set up an account.

I’m disappointed

Inappropriate?Well I'm finished with tweetdeck.....won't be coming back at all...
I’m never going there again
-
Inappropriate?I've got the exact same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled tweetdeck, turned my firewall off, nothing helps. Just a few days ago everything was fine!
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?I found the answer to the blank screen problem in tweetdeck http://bit.ly/k4YHN at least that fixed it for me.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?I'm glad that kroche found a fix for Tweetdeck on a Mac system. I'm running Vista and having the same problems. Here's my post in the getsatisfaction/adobe forum:

Good luck everyone.

Inappropriate?Hey All,
Here is the link to the solution of your problem. I contacted TweetDeck and they gave me this link to resolve it - and it works! I had the same problem with Spaz and it seems that files in the ELS directory cause a lot of problems for AIR apps.
