TweetDeck just sits in the taskbar
TweetDeck does not open but just sits in the taskbar (WindowsOS). If I click on it, it goes to the system tray. i just changed my password on Twitter, dont know if that has anything to do with it.

Inappropriate? This problem started for me this morning. It will update. It will open to task bar, but it won't show up otherwise. Tried reinstalling TweetDeck and adobe air. It didn't work. Must be something in a TweetDeck update because Twhirl is working fine. o.O
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?I also reinstalled TweetDeck which did not work. I am embarrassed to say that I right clicked the task on the taskbar and clicked 'Maximize' and the window was restored. It was very small in the upper left corner ...but seems to be working for now.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?I was having the same problem and just tried Brian's suggestion of hitting maximize on the toolbar icon, which made it reappear. The problem is down to the fact that double clicking the title bar (or clicking 'restore down') makes tweetdeck vanish completely, rather than resizing the window as is usual behaviour.

Inappropriate?I had the same problem. Here's how I solved it: Right click and choose maximize on the toolbar as Brian & Kelly say. (It might maximize to screen 2 if that's where you last had it opened.) This at least lets you see Tweetdeck. Now in order to enable it to Restore Down and move around... Once you see it maximized click on the Single Column View button in the top right corner. This will take Tweetdeck out of maximized mode and into state where you can move it around and resize it

Inappropriate?I should also add that I was using a dual monitor setup at the time. I'm pretty sure that has something to do with it since Rick also mentions a multiple display setup.

Inappropriate? To solve this, make right click over TweetDeck system tray icon and select "Reset Window"

Inappropriate?I also had the same problem, also using dual monitor. I found the best way to solve this was to right click on notification section of task bar, and select show desktop, when I do it again to revert to show desktop windows, standard restoration reappears.

Inappropriate?Use Trayconizer from http://www.whitsoftdev.com/trayconizer and change the properties of your TweetDeck shortcut to {Path Of Trayconizer}/Trayconizer.exe{SPACE}"C:\Program Files\TweetDeck\TweetDeck.exe"
