Tweetdeck not showing all I follow.
I seem to be missing some of the people I follow in All Friends. When I create a new group, they do not show up there either. I logged directly onto Twitter online, and they are there.

I'm missing contacts in my group selection list that are confirmed following me -
Inappropriate?Looks like this is done purposely to limit API calls. The list of friends in the group section is limited to your top 100 most active contacts.
A workaround is to search/view the user profile you want to add to the group and then click the icon at the bottom showing two bodies - this will let you choose the group to add them to.
Another option is to leave Tweetdeck open and this list will grow over time as API calls are available

Inappropriate?I have kept tweetdeck up for a week, and it still seems to only list about 100 of the last people I have followed.
My iPhone app will not keep everyone in the groups when I import groups, as it only adds friends to the group that it sees, and not all on my group list from the desktop. I had the same issue when I installed Tweetdeck on another machine and imported groups from my profile. It only added people it saw in the group list to the groups.
I only have 310 friends total, so it's not a big list, and even people that tweet multiple times a day and I have added to groups with the add to group from the all friends feed do not show up - which is frustrating trying to use the auto-complete user names feature.
