Inappropriate?We are working very hard on fixing known problems and testing and delivering updates as well as handling support requests.
We've launched our User Portal to facilitate some common support requests so that customers can help themselves, but this also takes time to develop and test.
Please be patient - someone will get to your support request.

Inappropriate?I have been trying for about a month now to get an email from the portal with a password so that I can change my pin from one phone to the other! I have emailed support twice, tweeted them and NOTHING, I want my MONEY BACK this is highly unacceptable. Thank goodness I am not the only person who feels the same way which is BAD for the product and company!

Inappropriate?I am now able to get in- sometimes... other times the dreaded "device not authorized" appears... but then I get http socket errors. I want a refund.

Inappropriate?This is intolerable! I paid for TweetGenius a few weeks ago, and picture uploads are broken. I've sent in several pleas for help (including here) and got absolutely no support! To be completely honest, this makes me feel completely ripped off, and not want to recommend the application to anyone.
If the program was free, I might think otherwise, but when I put real cash on the table, I expect I'll receive some kind of support, in some kind of timely fashion. Look at Gravity for S60! It's $10, and I feel it's a much better product because it has more features, and support is phenomenal.
It shouldn't take tech support three weeks to get back to me because of a minor problem, and I'm on the verge of demanding a refund.

Inappropriate?I have the same problem too. I got a diff BB and it is saying my pin is unauthorized. Before I switched phones I had the 5.0 messenger that was messing up everyones phone and it was saying the same thing. But when I deleted the bb messenger tweet genius started working again. So right now I have a diff BB and tweet genius not working.

Inappropriate?Wonder why they aren't replying back to anyone? This is ridiculous...they should give refunds to everybody up here.
