Inappropriate?Did your photo ever come through? Could you please try again? I'll look into the issue right now! ~Sean

Appears to work fine today, thanks. Good work! -
Inappropriate?nope! i just resent it and still, not showing up.
-
Inappropriate?I've tried several times today with no luck. Trying with my iPhone and emailing through gmail account. I tired sending an email directly from gmail on computer, nada. Finally tried upload and that worked.
I’m frustrated
-
I did this EXACT same thing. Multiple times through my Palm Pre's Twee (beta) app that uses TweetPhoto = nothing. Via Gmail = nothing. Uploaded from TweetPhoto.com website = instant post.
Why isn't it working through the phone app or gmail? -
Inappropriate?I have the same problem. I was able to upload from my computer but not through email. When i used the email option all I got was a bad link on my twitter page. When I tried to re-tweet the pic from tweetphoto I again got a bad link on my twitter page.
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?Same problem here, e-mailing from my iphone via gmail (confirmed it was sent) and not reaching my TweetPhoto account or twitter. Uploading direct works.
I’m wanting this to work!
-
Inappropriate?three test email posts are now present, with links to blank photos. just tried another test, it's been 8 minutes (email was sent) and nothing. grrr.
I’m unsure
-
Inappropriate? How are you sending the photos to the site? The format should be username.1234@tweetphoto.com, the 1234 is your PIN.
I have our email system up right now and show no photos emailed to us.
Please try again and I'll keep watching this. BCC me on your email that you send...sean@tweetphoto.com. Thanks! -
email format is correct. the three previous photos did end up getting posted to tweetphoto as a "page", just no photos. new test sent. email in sent items. CC'd send...sean@tweetphoto.com, sans the "send..." :) -
I forwarded a copy of my T-Mobile bounce message to sean@tweetphoto.com just in case it will help. Weird that I can send from Yahoo, but not my T-mobile phone (not an iPhone) *or* my work account. Although I'll try again from my work email. -
Inappropriate?Got your CC on the email through sean@tweetphoto.com, but not in our catchall email address. Are you sure your PIN number has not changed?
-
Inappropriate? What kind of phone are you using? Could you try your Gmail, Hotmail or other email account you have? Trying to get this one fixed for you! ;) ~Sean
-
Using an iPhone, sending via gmaill via maill.app. This is the only account I can use through Mail as hotmail/yahoo don't allow POP access. -
Inappropriate?same problem. Thought this would be cool since I just got an iphone but if it isn't going to work then I will go back to twitpic.
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?Sending emails with photo attachments on an iPhone works if you do it through a Gmail app and will geo-tag the message. I've noticed that if you hook up the pop3 it does not work. We're looking into that. Just to let you know, we'll be in a few iPhone apps shortly. Please let me know your thoughts! ~Sean
-
Inappropriate? The only convenient way to post photos to TweetPhoto via my iPhone is to initiate the post via the photo app. Take pic. Select. Choose email. Send. It's not going to work for me personally, to go to webmail first. (I'm not entirely sure how I'd browse for the photos...) Unfortunately, doing that only kicks off the Mail.app. This is the only reason I use the mail app anymore, but to try and send it via a browser is a breaker.
I’m sad

Inappropriate?Rodney has an iPhone and we just did loads of testing. Tonight we observed that emails he was sending from his iPhone through Gmail would not hit the TweetPhoto/Mosso mail server. Gmail showed the email was sent, but they still have not arrived. However, when Rodney enabled the Edge Network his emails showed up instantly. Have you tried the Edge Network on your iPhone? The neat thing is I can login to the TweetPhoto mail server and see everything that comes into the site. Once something hits the email acocunt, it instantly gets posted as our cycle for our cron job is every 30 seconds. I'm wondering if part of the problem is with email providers like Gmail? What are your thoughts? ~Sean

I'm not going to be able to switch to the edge network just to post a photo. I'll mark this issue as resolved. Thanks for the active participation in a fix. I appreciate it :) -
Inappropriate?Just tried again and got an undeliverable message that said "This is the Postfix program at host replymta.mmsreply.t-mobile.de"
Is that useful info at all?
I’m waiting patiently. :)

Inappropriate?5 or 6 tries with different accounts and no picture uploaded. I have the google application, haven't found an actual gmail one. I might be blind though. I will keep a look out for the application(while I keep trying to upload photos) because I really like the idea of the geotagging. Now if I can just get my iphone to actually find me instead of placing me across town:)
I’m awaiting the application release
-
Inappropriate?Take a look at this iPhone app for Gmail. Came out a few months ago and we'll successfully been able to geo-tag messages sent from it. http://gmailblog.blogspot.com/2008/01...
-
Inappropriate?a) this is a web app, not an iPhone app, running in safari
b) you can't attach files
I’m indifferent

Inappropriate?I am having the same problem. I have emailed 3 photos over 4 days to TweetPhoto with no response, and no photo being uploaded. I tried emailing the exact same photos with twitpic, all of which worked, ruling out problems with my Blackberry/email connection.
I checked my pin to be doubly sure, and it matches.
So far, no luck and no photos showing up.
I’m sad

Inappropriate? When I get back to the US on July 4th I am going to get a Blackberry Curve, Sprint and T-Mobile phone to troubleshoot these issues further. I am determined to solve them. We also have a mobile site coming out this month which might help a bit. Still I am going to get these issues resolved. To help troubleshoot this issue the best.
Please post the following:
1.) Type of phone and model number (e.g., curve)
2.) Service Provider
3.) Location (country)
Thank you all so much for your patience.
Sean
I’m determined.
-
Inappropriate?Just wanted to let you all know the Sprint MMS email issue should now be resolved.
Please test it out and let me know if your photos go through. For anyone that uses t-mobile. Please try as well and CC me, sean @ tweetphoto.com so I can track your emails.
Thanks!
Sean
I’m getting there!

I’m confused, sad and wanting this to work!

Inappropriate?Good to go now. Down for 25 minutes.

Inappropriate?I'm using a Palm Pre and i'm noticing that when using Tweed, then sending a pic through tweed with TweetPhoto, it drafts up the email with the picture attachment as a "?" (question mark), i still send it and it doesn't post. If I manually email the pic then it will post.
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?I just used Twee to post via TweetPhoto on my Palm Pre and now it finally worked! Good job!
