Is it possible to determine a caller's phone type (mobile, pay phone, etc.)?
Today the Twilio API sends some neat caller information besides just caller ID, such as ZIP code, city, and the like. However, does anyone know of any way to determine a caller's phone type to differentiate between a mobile phone, pay phone, residential number, etc.? I have been looking for this without success. Tailoring the available options in a phone application based on phone type could improve usability. For example:
* If a caller is calling from a mobile phone, you can give her options to receive a text message to the phone she's currently using, otherwise you would prompt her to enter her mobile number manually.
* If a caller is calling from a pay phone, you might not allow certain options or treat the caller ID differently because it's assumed that multiple callers could use the same phone.
* If you knew that a number was a business or a residential number, this could help with application analytics, or you could change the order of the menus.
Here's one partial API solution I found: $84 for 5,000 lookups, and it can only tell if a phone is cellular or not:

Any others?
