Is there a way to follow from within TwitBin?

Invariably, someone I am following is conversing with someone I am not following, and I want to follow the new person. Granted: I can click on the unfollowed person and hit their Twitter page; but at work I'm behind HTTP trolls and so this doesn't work. Is there a way to issue a command "follow @jerkface" and follow that person?
