Inappropriate?Hi Randy. I came first from your post on the GS pages about "what's the point of this site?" So I wanted to look into your area and see if I could help.
This may not be exactly what you had in mind, but it's the first thing I thought of to get enough knowledge to try and answer you. I found a very thorough article on mashable that discusses several image-sharing options for twitter-users. You might find some helpful stuff in it.
I'm a twitter user too but I don't use images much. From here what I'll do is try out twitpic and see if I can get back to you with anything useful.

I did some test uploading through the interfaces provided by twitpic. They all seemed to get through (see them on twitter and on twitpic) so I hope I may be ready to answer questions aobut the service.
Can you describe what it was you were trying to do, and what results you expected vs. what you actually got?

Inappropriate?I have the same problem as Randy. For some unknown reason twitpics have stopped displaying inthe last week or so, although the rest of the page loads without problem.
Being signed in or not makes no difference, and I got the same problem with both IE and Firefox.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

Inappropriate?Twitpic images only display in twitpic itself, you can't display an image on twitter, so it's only on Twitpic itself.
Twitter is fine. The links to the images on twitpic show up perfectly well. The page where the image should be loads up inluding all the comments and avatar pictures. But the twitpic photos don't load for me. They did 2 weeks ago, they dont now.
IE or Firefox, makes no difference, disabling my hosts file made no difference. Clearing out cache made no difference. -
Inappropriate?hi bweasel. this isn't going to help much, but i made 3 posts just now via: email with inline image, email with attached image and via site upload.
I was able to see them all on my twitpic summary page and their individual image pages. I'm using Firefox (v3) and Chrome (v3).
Sorry - I'm not sure where else to look.

It's spontaneously started working again by itself (the best kind of fix). So if anyone else loses twitpic for a while they may only have to wait a couple of days.
